Therefore, Quick Role Hire assumes no responsibility or liability for User Content. You acknowledge the possibility of encountering content that may be inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate, and it is your responsibility to verify the quality, truthfulness, and legality of such content. Your reliance on User Content is solely at your own risk. Despite the above, Quick Role Hire reserves the right, though not obligated, to decline, remove, or suspend User Content and associated accounts that breach this Agreement, any agreements with Quick Role Hire, applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or could potentially harm or create liability for Quick Role Hire.

User Responsibility and Risk Assumption in Platform Engagement

This verification duty, especially when interacting with potential job candidates, employers, agencies, or recruiters, is your sole responsibility.

You accept and bear any risks arising from User interactions. Any issues or disputes that may arise should be dealt directly with the concerned User. In agreeing to these terms, you waive and release Quick Role Hire, including its affiliates and employees, from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities direct or indirect, disclosed or undisclosed to the fullest extent allowed by law.

User Content and Information Disclosure Terms

Quick Role Hire retains the right to share User Content and any associated information regarding its origin with third parties. Furthermore, we may disclose such information to protect the interests of Quick Role Hire as necessary.
